"We're finally back!" At 5 p.m. on February 17th, five buses carrying 110 workers from Henan Province, crossing four provinces including Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang, drove into Zhejiang Sanxing New Materials Co., Ltd. in Yu Yue Town, Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. These workers were the first batch to be brought back by the company after undergoing careful screening and without the need for quarantine observation. 
Samsung Materials is a listed company in Yu Yue Town. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company postponed its start-up time. As a result, many orders couldn't be produced on schedule. After obtaining the permission on February 12th， the company immediately organized its employees to return in an orderly manner. However， the company had a large number of workers from other places who needed to return. With a large number of employees and having to pass through multiple provinces， the company was worried that the return process might be blocked. 
After learning about this news, the local government immediately went to the site for coordination and dispatched dedicated personnel to sort out the list of employees and guide the enterprises on how to collect basic health information of the employees, etc. "This made us determined to arrange chartered buses to pick up the employees who had difficulties in returning to work and resume production," said Shen Guoqiang, the deputy general manager of Samsung New Materials, in praise. 
To ensure the safety of the journey, each special vehicle is equipped with dedicated personnel who are responsible for measuring the body temperature of the employees, distributing masks, and managing daily affairs. Zhang Chongchi, an employee from Jixian County, Henan Province who has been working in the enterprise for 10 years, is very grateful for the warm arrangements made by the Deqing government and the enterprise. "The rest time during the Spring Festival is much longer than in previous years. Many employees actually wanted to come back to work earlier to help the enterprise recover the losses caused by the epidemic. This time, the enterprise provided a chartered bus to pick up the employees. It is not only convenient and safe, but also gives the employees a sense of belonging and mission." 
"Due to the impact of the epidemic, many workers were unable to return. Some enterprises had a pressing need to transport their employees." A relevant official from the Transport Administration Bureau of Deqing County said that over the past few days, they have coordinated and connected 21 buses, sending them to 9 counties and cities in 5 provinces including Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. So far, they have received over 480 workers back to work. 
Meanwhile, Deqing County has also launched "return-to-work special trains" and customized railway special trains for people returning to work from other places to Deqing. They encourage employing enterprises to transport the returning workers to Deqing in a "point-to-point, one-stop" manner, reducing the infection risks during their return journey and promoting the orderly resumption of work and production of all kinds of enterprises in the county.
